The Retevis MR400 Mobile Radio Antenna is efficient for extending the communication distance, with a length of 43.3 inches and a frequency of UV (144/430 MHz). Its VSWR is less than or equal to 1.5, with an input impedance of 50Ω and a gain of 3.5dB/6.5dB. The antenna has a vertical polarization and can handle up to 50W of power.

The spring base of the antenna offers great flexibility, allowing the car antenna to flex out of the way when the car is vibrating during a drive, effectively reducing damage to the antenna. The antenna is easy to install, with a 16ft /5m RG-58U coaxial cable, a black bracket, and a U-bolt. The use of bolts instead of screws to fix the heavy-duty mobile radio antenna ensures that it remains stable even when the car is shaken.
